Yep. Whenever I'm feeling less strong, less of who I am, less vital, it's always because I fell back into the pattern of disconnection. I wrote about it here: https://substack.com/@megankauncoaching/p-167389108
We ALL heal together, and we heal the fastest when we're more connected. I learned this one day from a "polluted" river. Trying to find health through avoidance and separation (staying away from the toxics, the bad stuff, the bad people, etc.) is faulty logic when you understand the true nature of energy and the universe.
1 BILLION percent!! Thank you for crystallizing this. So many attitudes of superiority out there from "Love & light"ers who scream in outraged indignation if you dare to say your body responds better to meat than veg.
I do believe that eventually we will be happy and healthy subsisting on nothing but love, light, child's breath, and living water, charged with sun and salt.
But for now, I literally ask my body what it wants every day. Sometimes it's just pineapple. Or berries, sun-kissed and rain-soaked.
And yes, sometimes it's grass finished meat, received in grace and gratitude.
But the important thing is that whatever my body wants, I choose to consume it with gusto, with reverence, and with thanks. Not with guilt.

Thanks for this illumination.
