Stop Manifesting. Start Becoming.
The timeline you desire requires a new identity, not new affirmations.
Manifestation Isn’t About Getting—It’s About Becoming
Most people think manifestation is about attracting what you want. But real manifestation isn’t about making the world change around you—it’s about making you change so that the reality you desire naturally emerges from who you’ve become.
The reason so many people struggle with manifestation is because they try to bring a new reality into existence while holding onto an old identity that contradicts it.
You can’t manifest abundance while believing money is always slipping through your fingers.
You can’t manifest love while carrying the story that you’re unworthy of it.
You can’t manifest health while identifying as someone who always struggles with food and weight.
Your beliefs about the past define your future timeline. And this is where manifestation connects to quantum physics.
Quantum Mechanics & The Power of Identity Rewriting
In quantum physics, Richard Feynman’s path integral formulation shows that a particle doesn’t take just one path to get from point A to point B—it takes all possible paths simultaneously before collapsing into the most efficient one.
Your life works the same way.
This quantum physics perspective suggests every version of your future already exists. The only question is: which one will you “collapse” into?
And the answer to that question is determined by the identity you hold at the deepest level of your psyche.
If you stay attached to a past narrative of pain, loss, failure, or limitation, then you collapse into the future that matches that perspective.
But if you rewrite the meaning of your past—if you shift your perception of what has happened—you create an entirely new trajectory.
This is where retrocausality comes into play. Retrocausality is another quantum physics principle that shows future events can alter the past. Wild I know, but quantum phsyics suggests time is not as linear as we think.
If we use this concept to explore manifestation, then we can think of your future self sendind signals backward to your present self, guiding you toward the timeline where you become the person in alignment with that future self. But the only way to access that future is to let go of the old identity that no longer serves you.
For that to happen the past must be perceptually altered. This means you must tell a new story about your past. This new story must be woven in such a way as to logically arrive at the future self. It’s as if your past self and future self are collaborating to get your current self in alignment.
Rewrite, Rewire, Retrain: The Manifestation Formula
In order to manifest effectively, you must do three things:
Rewrite: Your subconscious stories from the past must be reframed so they don’t limit future possibilities.
Rewire: Your current body's emotional holding patterns must change to a feeling that matches the frequency of feeling held by the future self.
Retrain: Your brain and nervous system must choose and act in ways that reinforce this new identity so that it becomes your lived reality.
Without rewriting your past, you can’t manifest a new future.
Without rewiring your subconscious, you’ll keep sabotaging yourself.
Without retraining your actions, you’ll keep manifesting the same patterns.
The problem isn’t that manifestation “isn’t working.”
The problem is that you’re still holding onto an identity that is keeping you stuck in the wrong timeline.
The Rewire: Changing How You Feel About Your Past
The rewire process is not just about thinking differently—it’s about feeling differently about your past.
Your future self has no regrets.
It is not burdened by guilt, shame, or frustration over what happened. In fact, it is immensely grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every hardship because it understands that every single step was required to get it to where it is.
This is why you cannot hold onto feelings of regret, resentment, or sadness about the past and expect to move forward. If you emotionally live in those states, you are locked into a timeline that keeps reinforcing them.
The future you that is calling you forward sees things differently. To them, the “worst” moments of your life were actually the most critical, because they provided the exact lessons required for your next level.
And what’s fascinating? Many of those lessons were not about taking you where you thought you wanted to go—but where you truly needed to go.
From the perspective of your current self, you are simply along for the ride, needing to surrender as your future self pulls you into a new existence. It does this by making you rewrite the thoughts and rewire the emotions around your past so that you can align with a new future timeline.
The question is—can you trust that everything that happened was necessary?
How My Future Self Rewrote My Path
When Next Level Human first entered my consciousness, I was still fully immersed in metabolism and had a deeply materialistic view of the world.
I had no idea what Next Level Human really was, but my future self did. And so, my world started shifting.
I was constantly presented with information that completely changed my perception—books on philosophy, then books on idealism, then unexpected invitations to psychedelic seminars, then an unexpected curiosity for physics.
None of these things were in my original “plan.” Many weren’t even interests of mine at the time. Yet, they found me. And as they did, I found myself aligning with them.
All I had was a vague notion—I wanted to be doing something more meaningful, something that encompassed the entire scope of my expertise.
I always knew I was much more than the metabolism and fitness guy—in fact, I had always regarded that as secondary to my expertise in understanding people.
It was my future self pulling me forward. I was being rewritten, rewired, and retrained—not by force, but by surrendering to the path unfolding before me.
I could have resisted these influences. I could have stuck to the familiar path. But instead, I allowed each moment to reframe me, to teach me, and to move me into a new timeline.
This is manifestation in action. It’s not about forcing reality to bend to your will. It’s about allowing your future self to rewrite how you perceive your past so that you collapse into the highest timeline available.
Final Thought: Manifestation is Not What You Think
Manifestation is not about attracting things. It’s about becoming the person who naturally exists in the reality you desire.
You’re not trying to change the world around you—you’re changing how you interpret the past so that your future aligns with the best version of yourself.
Your past does not dictate your future. Your perception of the past does.
So if you want to change your reality, start by changing your story. Rewrite, rewire, retrain—and collapse into the timeline where your Next Level Human self already exists.

I’m RIGHT NOW going to change my story and rewrite, rewire, retrain my subconscious mind. Rewinding the old tapes and will be recording my new play book! Love this concept. Thank you.
Working on this- everyday. It makes total sense- The first thing I have noticed is that I must consciously aware- of living in the moment.
